OBjenn is a community business center coming to Ocean Beach in 2030 — warm coffee, plant babies, brownies in the fridge, office hours on the corkboard, and the most fun place you've ever grown a business.
WHAT OBJENN IS
Less than a mile from the beach. Mom's photos on the wall. Plant babies everywhere, also for sale. Brownies in the fridge. A corkboard full of local events. Entrepreneurs working in conference rooms, neighbors stopping by just for the vibe.
Coffee, cucumber water, and a front desk that actually says hi. A place clients love coming to even when they don't have a meeting.
Because obviously. The garden out back hosts donation yoga and walk-and-talk brainstorms to the beach.
Local events, office hours, workshops, drives for underrepresented groups. Always something happening, always something to give back.
Conference rooms, private offices, and open co-working — by the hour, day, week, or whatever. Real infrastructure for real businesses.
FROM JENN
I helped a lot of people get very successful over three decades in tech. I was good at it. I am good at it. And somewhere along the way I started thinking about what it would look like to point all of that — every bit of ops knowledge, every system I've ever built — at the people who would actually do something different with it.
Women. Minorities. Founders who had to earn their seat. People who would have given me equity instead of just credit.
OBjenn is the answer to that question. It's not a charity. It's not a program. It's a place. A real one. With a garden and brownies and office hours and walks to the beach. And it's coming in 2030.

OBjenn is funded through Sunnyvale Jenn Consulting — a portion of every client engagement goes toward the community fund. The more Jenn works, the closer OBjenn gets.
WHO'S BEHIND IT
Fractional COO, startup builder, the person who makes the whole thing work. She built her career without a room at the table, then built a business helping others do the same.
